JOB SUMMARY:

The LPN I is an integral part of the care team and a key contributor to delivering high quality care that is compassionate, consistent and reliable for our patients, families, units and the practices within the UVM Medical Center. The incumbent is involved in direct patient care under the direction of a provider or RN, provides technical nursing care to patients in varying states of health and illness and performs clinical and administrative health care support services to patients and families according to knowledge, ability, and duties assigned.

EDUCATION:

Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont is required.

EXPERIENCE:

One year of experience preferred.
