JOB DESCRIPTION:

Under the general supervision of the Director of Pharmacy the staff pharmacist is responsible for the performance of professional functions generally associated with the practice of pharmacy in the institutional setting as authorized by the Vermont Board of Pharmacy Rules and Regulations.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy

Vermont Pharmacy License

Computer and data entry skills.  Oral and written communication.

EXPERIENCE:

One year pharmacy experience required.
