POSITION SUMMARY
The Office Licensed Practical Nurse II, under the general supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, the providers and the Office Supervisor, is responsible for providing optimal patient care, being accessible to patients, maintaining a high level of knowledge and working amicably with other staff members. The LPN II will maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality.
BASIC KNOWLEDGE
Graduate from an approved Professional Nursing Education Program. Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont is required. BLS training preferred.
EXPERIENCE
One to three years of hospital nursing experience or office nursing experience.
