Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Outpatient Clinic | Addiction Medicine | Fayetteville, NC

What You'll Do:
• Administer medications and accurately document patient care
• Monitor patients before and after dosing
• Perform medication inventory and reconciliation
• Obtain vital signs, TB testing, and other clinical assessments
• Assist the Medical Director with patient evaluations and scheduling
• Maintain accurate, confidential medical records
• Support CARF accreditation and regulatory compliance
• Deliver exceptional customer service while greeting patients and answering phones
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, high-quality patient care

Qualifications:
• Active North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience
• Clinical nursing experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic nursing practices
• Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills
• Experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, outpatient nursing, family practice, corrections, emergency medicine, or community health is a plus
