Job Description:
As the Automotive Service Director, you will oversee all aspects of our service operations, ensuring that we deliver top-notch customer service and maintain our reputation for excellence. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, manage service schedules, and drive operational efficiency. Your expertise will be essential in developing strategies that enhance service quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the service team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee daily service department operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
- Develop and implement service department policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance service quality.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote overall dealership success.
- Build strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
- Drive sales initiatives within the service department to maximize revenue opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience required
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an automotive service environment.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
