Automotive Service Management Experience Required.

A well-established luxury automotive dealership in the Columbia market is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department. As Service Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, mentor a skilled team of service advisors and technicians, and ensure an exceptional ownership experience for every customer who visits our service drive.

Responsibilities - Service Manager:

Lead, train, and support service advisors, technicians, and support staff
Manage daily service department operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CSI, productivity, and revenue
Foster strong customer relationships and handle escalated concerns with professionalism
Ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements and dealership policies
Collaborate with senior leadership on goals, strategies, and long-term growth

Qualifications/Requirements - Service Manager:

Service Management experience at a franchise dealership
Lead by example and bring out the best in your team
Know how to balance efficiency with quality and customer care
Understand flat rate systems, workflow management, and technician motivation
Are confident with DMS tools (CDK, Reynolds, etc.) and OEM platforms
Communicate clearly and handle challenges with a calm, solutions-first mindset
Valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
Must pass pre-employment screening
