Job Description:

 

As a Building / Facility Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the buildings and grounds. This includes performing repairs, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring a safe and clean environment for both employees and customers.

 What You’ll Do:

 

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools.
  • Assist with special projects as needed, including renovations and upgrades.

 

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
