A leading auto dealership in the Orlando, FL area is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join their team
. This position is critical in ensuring the financial well-being of the dealership and providing excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage early in the sales process, submit deals to lenders for approval, and help bridge any disconnects.
  • Welcome customers to the store and seamlessly transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase.
  • Work directly with employees and customers to foster strong, lasting relationships.
  • Determine customer financing needs and payment options through a consultative interview process.
  • Present a fully transparent pricing menu to customers, detailing their financing options and products.
  • Process finance transactions accurately, ensuring 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure total satisfaction.
  • Contact customers who initially declined products to offer outside-deal product options.
  • Build strong rapport with customers and lenders to create a solid base of referrals.
  • Stay up to date with lender programs and cultural relationships to offer comprehensive financing for all credit profiles.
  • Set and achieve targeted sales goals consistently.
  • Gain superior product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Ensure that all administrative processes are handled in a timely fashion and in compliance with company policy.
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience to drive loyalty

 

What We’re Looking For:
 

  • Deep understanding of building a strong deal structure from beginning to end
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • English / Spanish or English / Portuguese preferred but not required
  • Reynolds experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
