A leading dealer group in the greater Hampton Roads area is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Manager to support continued growth and increasing customer demand.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated automotive leader to join an established, high-traffic dealership with strong momentum, a supportive leadership team, and significant long-term opportunity. We are looking for a hands-on manager who can help support daily operations, coach and develop a successful sales team, and continue delivering an exceptional customer experience as the dealership continues to grow.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced showroom environment, enjoy working closely with both customers and staff, and understand how to help drive performance while maintaining a positive, professional culture.

Responsibilities:
- Help lead daily sales department operations
- Train, motivate, and support automotive sales professionals
- Work closely with customers to help ensure a positive buying experience
- Assist with desking deals and deal structure
- Monitor sales performance and team activity
- Collaborate with Finance and dealership leadership teams
- Help drive dealership profitability and customer retention
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused showroom environment
Qualifications:
- Previous Automotive Sales Manager experience required
- Import dealership experience preferred but not required
- Proven leadership and team development abilities
- Strong desking, closing, and negotiation skills
- Track record of achieving sales and profitability goals
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver’s license required
