A well-established dealership in Northwest Pennsylvania is seeking a motivated and experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our leadership team. What You’ll Get:

What You’ll Do:

  • Present finance options and added products with clarity and confidence
  • Handle loan, title, and transaction paperwork efficiently and accurately
  • Ensure all financial processes adhere to relevant laws and regulations
  • Contribute to operational improvements and cost-efficiency strategies
  • Lead and support finance team members with reporting and budgeting tasks
  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
  • Provide complete transparency on purchase terms for customer satisfaction
  • Drive referrals and repeat business through professional client engagement
  • Align with dealership targets and maintain high CSI scores



What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in automotive finance
  • In-depth knowledge of Pennsylvania title compliance
  • Notary certification strongly preferred
  • Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
  • Independent, goal-oriented, and efficient time manager
  • Strong communicator and collaborative team player
  • Tech-savvy with a polished, professional demeanor
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Pre-employment screenings required (background, MVR, drug test)
