Momentum Solar

We're looking for motivated, personable individuals who enjoy meeting with people, building relationships, and helping customers make informed decisions. Previous solar experience is not required. Many of our successful consultants came from automotive sales, roofing, home improvement, retail management, hospitality, customer service, telecommunications, and other customer-facing industries.

 

Momentum provides the qualified appointments, allowing you to spend your time meeting with interested homeowners, conducting consultations, and helping customers determine whether solar is the right fit for their home.

 

We provide training, ongoing support, and a proven process designed to help new team members ramp up quickly and experienced sales professionals maximize their earning potential.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Meet with homeowners during company-provided appointments
  • Educate customers on solar energy, savings, and financing options
  • Guide customers through a simple, consultative sales process
  • Build relationships and answer customer questions professionally
  • Maintain follow-up communication throughout the process
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching opportunities

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
