A well-established automotive dealership in the Newnan area is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead all aspects of dealership operations. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven automotive leader to take the reins of a successful operation with strong ownership support, a dedicated team, and the resources needed to drive continued growth.

Responsibilities - General Manager:
- The GM is responsible for the operations and profitability of all departments.
- Oversee the hiring and training of new managers and employees.
- Ensure customer satisfaction goals are achieved.
- Actively support, encourage, and motivate managers and other associates daily to set maintain a high standard of excellence, integrity and ethical business practices.
- Serve as liaison with manufacturer.
- Be accountable for daily performance metrics in overall store performance.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Previous General Management experience at high-volume franchise dealership preferred; previous automotive management experience required.
- Proven track record in automotive retail industry, including customer experience scores and market share performance.
- Must have excellent leadership, verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibits a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability.
- Must be process oriented, well-disciplined and have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
