An established, high-volume automotive dealership in the Hampton Roads area is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our leadership team.

Responsibilities:
- Arrange and present vehicle financing options to customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Sell after-market products, including extended warranties, and drive profitability
Requirements:
- Automotive Finance Manager (F&I) experience is required
- Proven track record of strong production and customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of dealership finance processes, lender programs, and compliance requirements
- Strong closing, communication, and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
