An established, high-volume automotive dealership in the Hampton Roads area is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our leadership team.

Responsibilities:

Arrange and present vehicle financing options to customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
Sell after-market products, including extended warranties, and drive profitability

Requirements:

Automotive Finance Manager (F&I) experience is required
Proven track record of strong production and customer satisfaction
Knowledge of dealership finance processes, lender programs, and compliance requirements
Strong closing, communication, and organizational skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
