An automotive dealership located in eastern metro Atlanta is seeking an Accounting Clerk, preferably with accounts payable/receivable and/or billing experience, to process payments, post transactions, reconcile accounts, prepare financial reports, and more.

Responsibilities - Automotive Accounting Clerk:

Processes auto dealership accounts payable/receivable transactions, billing of vehicle purchases, verify deal contents, issue payoff checks for trade-ins, and more.
Posts all sale transactions to accounting in the dealership's DMS
Verify accuracy of posting through reporting systems in place
Prepare monthly/quarterly remittances
Bank account reconciliation
Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications - Automotive Accounting Clerk:

Auto Dealership Accounting Clerk, Accounts Payable/Receivable and/or Billing experience preferred
Strong accounting experience
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
Able to analyze and research information
Detail oriented and organized
A positive attitude and professional appearance
Team participant
Valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent
