Compensation: Starts at $80,000 annually, comensurate with experience.

How you will make an impact
- Ensure the resident nutritional needs are met and documented to fulfill the requirements of all federal, state, and local regulations
- Plan and monitor Continuing Care Residents' nutritional programs.
- Assist in the supervision of the overall efficiency of the dining room, room service operations, and staff
- Assist in the supervision, evaluation, training, and disciplining of the dining staff
- Provide nutritional in-service education to both staff and residents
What you will need
- Licensed Dietitian and Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Experience in health care food service management and clinical nutrition preferred
- Knowledge of and ability to utilize clinical and administrative dietetics including issues in persons with terminal illness
- Computer practical understanding (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and ability to learn more programs
- Flexible with schedule; will be required to work weekends and holidays
