We're seeking a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing team serving Milford/Millsboro, Kent County. What You'll Do
- Deliver skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety measures, and mobility strategies
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Document care accurately and in accordance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Current and appropriate Physical Therapist licensure
- Home health or home care experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and active automobile insurance required
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient education skills

Hourly Pay Range: $38.22 - $61.16
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
