Title: Sales Representative
Salary or hourly: Salary of $50,000-$60,000.  Uncapped commission.  
Territory: Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado

Your Role:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships within a designated territory by actively prospecting for new leads, presenting products and services, negotiating deals, and closing opportunities to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
  • Sales professional with a “hunter” mentality, self-starter
  • Utilize CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to manage the sales process including account activity, customer contacts, lead qualification, and opportunity pipeline
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and support
  • Market research, prospect identification and conduct cold calls to develop territory
  • Research, qualify and contact leads from tradeshows, website inquiries and partner referrals
  • Conduct on-site demonstrations at customer locations and Microsoft Teams digital sales presentations to remote prospective clients
  • Lead negotiations to close opportunities while maximizing profitability margins 
  • Coordinate and facilitate training with customer team members (warehouse, operations, packaging personnel)
  • Travel regularly within your territory (up to 50%) including overnight and weekends as necessary
  • Tradeshow and industry event participation
Your Profile:
 
  • Proven record of success in outside sales or strong desire to pursue a sales career
  • Highly detail oriented, self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised while achieving sales goals
  • Strong relationship building and customer service skills
  • Team oriented and focused with a positive attitude
  • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools
  • Strategic thought process and decision-making
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize daily responsibilities ensuring speed-to-market
  • Enjoy interacting with customers and building relationships in an industrial setting
  • Possess basic mechanical aptitude (light hand tools)
  • Willing to travel as necessary to support out-of-territory opportunities
  • Experience in material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred 
Requirements:
  • Technical or bachelor’s degree in business, sales or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of outside sales experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work safely in a warehouse and office environment
