TRCTalent is working alongside a rapidly growing consulting group. They seek a full-time Consulting Manager/Aerospace and Defense to consult in the manufacturing space of this vertical.  Position requires prior consulting experience, heavy travel throughout the US, project management experience and ability to develop business.  Candidate must be able to obtain a security clearance. 
 
Responsibilities
•    Develop deep expertise in Aerospace & Defense markets, clients, partners, and stakeholders
•    Identify and lead project opportunities, including proposal development, negotiation, and closure
•    Serve as primary contact for client executives
•    Lead problem-solving and change management initiatives during engagements
•    Support executive decision-making on complex strategic and operational issues
•    Manage client relationships and Consulting project teams
•    Oversee project deliverables and ensure quality prior to client presentations
•    Analyze client and industry data to generate insights
•    Mentor and develop team members
•    Advance Aerospace & Defense methodologies, tools, and thought leadership
•    Support cross-office collaboration and represent Porsche Consulting at events and conferences
 
Qualifications
•    Graduate degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Management, or related field
•    7+ years of professional experience in consulting and Aerospace & Defense
•    3+ years of business development experience
•    Strong background in strategy and operations management
•    High business acumen and consultative expertise
•    Results-driven with implementation focus
•    Fluency in Spanish, French, or German is a plus
•    Demonstrated commitment to mentoring and team development
