Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment at customer sites, primarily in meat processing and food manufacturing environments. This role involves troubleshooting PLC-controlled and mechanical equipment, performing field installations, and supporting program modifications. The position includes travel to customer facilities in priority regions, with opportunities to learn and work on complex, large-scale projects.

 
Key Responsibilities
Perform emergency, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance repairs.
Assist with installation, commissioning, and upgrades of equipment.
Read and interpret manuals, electrical schematics, and pneumatic diagrams.
Complete service work efficiently and prepare accurate reports.
Follow health and safety policies at all sites.
Build positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
Provide feedback to service and after-sales teams for product improvement.
Coordinate personal travel and accommodations as needed.
 
Key Skills / Experience
Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
Allen-Bradley PLC experience
Field installation and service experience
Ability to support program modifications
Meat industry experience is a plus
