TRC’s client, a leading General Contractor specializing in commercial construction, is seeking a Project Executive to join their growing team in the Dallas, TX area.

Position Overview
The Project Executive will provide strategic oversight across multiple projects, ensuring successful execution from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for driving financial performance, strengthening client relationships, and leading project teams to deliver high-quality results safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
• Establish and promote best practices across projects to ensure efficient and effective construction methods
• Oversee contract administration, including scope management and maintaining expert knowledge of all contract documents
• Proactively identify, manage, and resolve claims with subcontractors, suppliers, and owners
• Partner with Project Managers to resolve complex project challenges and mitigate risk
• Lead financial performance across projects, including job cost tracking, forecasting, and margin analysis
• Review, negotiate, and manage change orders while ensuring accurate and timely project billing
• Set and monitor project goals related to safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction
• Provide leadership and oversight to multiple Project Managers and project teams
• Ensure successful project closeout, including documentation and final deliverables
• Support company initiatives, including EEO and workforce development goals
• Act as a key liaison with clients, ensuring strong relationships and repeat business
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, including leadership over multiple projects or teams
• Proven ability to manage project financials, contracts, and client relationships
• Experience within the company’s core markets (commercial, industrial, or related sectors) preferred
