- Trained as an Authorized Employee in Lock-out/Tag-out (LOTO) and follow all LOTO rules and regulations.
- Checking all work orders/specification sheets for specific work instructions.
- Producing accurate mixes for each extrusion line.
- Accurately complete all paperwork as required by ISO, GMP, HACCP.
- Operate Railcar unloading system.
- Producing labels for material bins, gaylords, and cartons, ensuring accuracy of labels and contents.
- Assigning lot numbers according to the ISO procedure.
- Operate all color feeders.
- Ensures all materials are covered/protected.
- Accurately preparing daily mix logs.

- Must be trained to operate; Powered Industrial Vehicles: Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks.
- Ability to operate material grinding systems.
- Ability to add, subtract, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratios, and percentages to practical situations.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment highly preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
