This is a highly visible, hands-on engineering role working directly alongside executive leadership. The environment is fast-moving, agile, and intentionally lean, allowing developers to bypass traditional bureaucracy and quickly build impactful solutions.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly adaptable Claude Enterprise Back End Developer to lead rapid AI pilot initiatives and backend automation efforts focused on administrative, financial, and operational workflows.
This individual will transform disconnected scripts, macros, and manual processes into secure, scalable AI-enabled systems leveraging enterprise LLM technologies, backend services, and workflow orchestration.
Responsibilities
Lead rapid 60–90 day proof-of-value AI initiatives focused on workflow automation and operational efficiency
Build secure integrations utilizing Anthropic Claude Enterprise APIs, tool-use capabilities, and function calling
Develop scalable backend services using Python, Node.js, and/or Java
Design and maintain secure REST APIs and orchestration layers
Containerize applications and workflows using Docker
Support lightweight Azure cloud deployments and backend infrastructure
Replace legacy macros and manual processes with scalable automation workflows
Build solutions supporting invoice processing, document workflows, and revenue cycle management (RCM)
Collaborate directly with executive leadership and business stakeholders to rapidly iterate on solutions
Requirements
4+ years of backend software engineering experience
Strong hands-on development experience with Python, Node.js, and/or Java
Experience integrating with Anthropic Claude APIs, Claude Enterprise, or similar enterprise LLM platforms
Experience building secure RESTful APIs and backend integrations
Working knowledge of Docker containerization
Familiarity with Azure deployments and cloud infrastructure fundamentals
Strong understanding of API orchestration, JSON parsing, and workflow automation
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly agile development environments
