Are you passionate about helping customers and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing team in Tempe, AZ. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Tempe, AZ - Fully on-site

  • Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday

  • Pay: $17.35/hr. 

     

What You'll Be Doing
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and account information

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

  • Process exchanges, refunds, billing adjustments, and other account-related requests

  • Contact customers regarding claim investigations, updates, and resolution outcomes

  • Escalate complex customer concerns to appropriate departments for further review

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and resolutions

  • Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy
     

What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other computer applications

  • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate customer records

  • Previous warehouse environment experience preferred
