TRC Talent Solutions is partnering with a well-established client in the Norcross area to hire experienced Forklift Operators. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a reputable company offering stability, growth, and a team-oriented work environment.
 
Pay rate: $19/hr
Shift: 1st (7:00am - 3:30pm) and 2nd (3:30pm - 12:00am) M-F
 
Job Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a cherry picker forklift to pick inventory items.

  • Accurately select merchandise according to pick lists and order sheets.

  • Place picked items onto the packing line in preparation for shipping.

  • Package items into delivery boxes or bags and ensure invoices match packaging labels.

  • Prepare packages with shipping labels and ensure they are ready for dispatch.

  • Process returned items and restocked inventory as needed.

  • Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and discrepancy resolution.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of stable warehouse experience.

  • Forklift Certified or a minimum of 2 years of recent experience operating a forklift (cherry picker experience is highly preferred).

  • Must be able to pass a forklift skills assessment.

  • Familiarity with RF scanners and computerized order systems is strongly preferred.

  • Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record.

  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.

  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
