Locations: Jacksonville, FL | Naples, FL | Orlando, FL | Tampa, FL
Pay: Starting at $28/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30/4:00 PM

 

Position Summary

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking experienced Commercial Electricians to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on commercial and industrial projects. This role requires knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and industry safety standards while working independently or as part of a team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Install conduit, wiring, electrical panels, fixtures, outlets, switches, and related components

  • Pull, route, and label electrical wiring through conduit, ceilings, floors, and underground systems

  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend conduit using hand and power tools

  • Install electrical boxes, lighting fixtures, and associated hardware

  • Perform underground rough-in work, trenching, and backfilling as needed

  • Terminate panels, transformers, junction boxes, and other electrical equipment

  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site

  • Load, transport, and stage materials and equipment to support project timelines

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • 4 years of electrical or construction experience required

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents

  • Knowledge of basic electrical principles and safety practices

  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Flexible schedule to meet project needs when required

 

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Work performed on commercial and industrial job sites

  • Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions

  • Frequent lifting, climbing, bending, and standing

  • May work in confined spaces and at heights

  • Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

  • Must adhere to all company and site safety policies
