TRC Talent Solutions is looking for an Installations Tech for our client in Marietta, GA

Position Summary
The Installation Technician is responsible for installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment, systems, and related infrastructure. This role works closely with internal departments, vendors, and customers to ensure installations are completed safely, accurately, and according to organizational standards.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure equipment, devices, and supporting hardware.
  • Perform testing and verification to ensure proper operation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Maintain accurate installation records and service reports.
  • Coordinate with facility staff, contractors, and vendors during projects.
  • Follow all safety, regulatory, and organizational policies.
  • Provide basic training and support to end users when required.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Technical certification, trade school training, or related experience preferred.
  • Experience with installation, maintenance, or service-related work.
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift equipment and work in various environments.
  • Valid driver's license may be required.
Preferred Skills
  • Electrical, low-voltage, telecommunications, HVAC, or medical equipment experience.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience working in healthcare, industrial, or commercial facilities.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment up to specified weight requirements.
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors as needed.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be able to prove good track record of employment history 
  • Covid and flu vaccination completed or approved exemption. 
  • Copy of Immunization record may be requested, so please prepare to present.
  • High school graduate or possess a General Educational Development (GED) Diploma from an accredited program.
  • 1+ year of experience 
  • Ability to communicate and understand verbal and written English. Possess technical skills to operate pc and hand-held devices. Possess skills to interact with clinicians and other hospital personnel.
