TRC Talent Solutions is hiring a Customer Service representative for a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity with a leading financial services organization. This position offers the opportunity to build a long-term career while gaining exposure to multiple areas of the business, including Customer Service, Collections, Recovery Support, and Dealer Services.

 

Job Details

  • Location: Alpharetta, GA | Fully On-Site

  • Pay: $20.00/hr. for non-bilingual | $21.50/hr. for bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates 

  • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | Open availability required between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM | Occasional Saturday shifts required based on business needs

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls

  • Assist customers with account inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution

  • Accurately document customer interactions and update account information

  • Navigate multiple computer systems while speaking with customers

  • Utilize dual monitors and various internal applications to manage customer accounts

  • Meet department performance, quality, and productivity goals

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information

  • Provide professional and positive customer experiences on every interaction

  • Adapt to changing business needs and support various departments through cross-training opportunities

 

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • Strong customer service experience required

  • Open to candidates from retail, hospitality, restaurant, banking, healthcare, call center, and other customer-facing industries

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls

  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems

  • Ability to multitask while speaking with customers and entering information

  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

  • Flexibility to work rotating schedules as needed
