Sales Operations Coordinator
The Sales Operations Coordinator manages the complete lead process within the CRM system, from initial capture and qualification to assignment, tracking, and conversion. This role maintains accurate data, ensures prompt follow-up, and provides clear pipeline visibility, helping sales teams improve efficiency and close opportunities. Positioned between sales, marketing, and operations, this role supports consistent lead management and drives overall sales effectiveness.
Job Details
Location: Duluth, GA | On-site Monday to Thursday, remote on Friday
Pay: $24/hour
Schedule: 8am-5pm
What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads and inquiries.
Qualify warm and hot leads by gathering information about customer needs and project requirements.
Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales representative or business unit.
Maintain accurate lead records and activity within CRM systems.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure timely follow-up and lead progression.
Monitor lead activity and assist with reporting on lead sources, volume, and conversion trends.
Build familiarity with products and solutions through structured training.
Communicate with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand business needs.
Support additional projects during slower periods throughout the year.
Participate in ongoing process improvements as lead management programs continue to evolve.
