Job Description Summary
Provides screening and diagnostic mammography for interpretation by radiologists. If primary job assignment includes special procedures: assisting the radiologist in the performance of needle localizations and biopsies and provides the patient care essential to radiological procedures. Applies principles of radiation protection. Assists in general radiographic and office duties as needed.
Position Details:
***$10,000 sign-on bonus***

Provides outpatient screening and diagnostic mammography for interpretation by radiologists. If primary job assignment includes special procedures: assisting the radiologist in the performance of needle localizations and biopsies and provides the patient care essential to radiological procedures. Applies principles of radiation protection. Assists in general radiographic and office duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Required Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiology program. Prefer Mammography education and 40 hours mammography training, but will train the right candidate.
Experience: Two years of experience in Radiology and/or Mammography preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: ARRT registry completed within 6 months of hire, and Mammography registry will taken at one year after training completion if not already Mammography certified. Arkansas State Radiologic Technologist License. Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
