🧠 What We’re Looking For:

Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
Experience: PICU/PEDS RN experience preferred
License: Eligible to earn RN licnese in MO or compact state within 90 days of graduation
Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) through the American Heart Association

👩‍⚕️ Your Role:

As a PICU/Peds Nurse, you will:

Deliver compassionate, high-quality care using the nursing process
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
Evaluate and support the care provided by others
Uphold patient rights and confidentiality
