Position Overview

  • Full Time Patient Coordinator
  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • Reports to the Office Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet every patient and visitor with warmth and professionalism
  • Coordinate patient check-in and check-out
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a clean, accurate calendar
  • Conduct insurance verification and pre-authorizations
  • Provide additional support across daily front-office operations as needed


Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced dental office with HMO and PPO insurance
  • Experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix preferred)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
