What We're Looking For

3+ years of clinical experience

Strong communication skills and sound medical judgment

A team-oriented mindset

A desire to practice high-quality medicine

An interest in contributing to a positive culture and growing practice

This role is ideal for a general practitioner who wants to continue developing clinically while also helping guide the direction of the hospital.

Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time)

Competitive base salary ($115,000-$135,000) + quarterly production (no negative accrual)

Sign-on bonus and/or relocation assistance
