is seeking an outgoing Receptionist to become the next member of our incredible team. As the face of the hospital, you will greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while managing a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide.

This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position with a 5/8 schedule and flexible availability needed Monday through Friday and coverage for Saturdays as needed.

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in client-facing role
  • Previous veterinary experience is highly desired
  • Proficiency in the following skills:
    • Strong client communication and multitasking skills
    • Scheduling, phone handling, and medical record management
    • Ability to triage client concerns and communicate urgency appropriately
    • Experience with invoicing and payment processing
    • Calm, professional teamwork in a fast-paced clinical environment
