Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Key responsibilities include:
Managing the full project lifecycle: budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor selection, and execution.
Collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Leading project meetings, tracking costs, ensuring quality control, and resolving on-site challenges as they arise.
Applying best practices for risk management, contract administration, and safety protocols.
Mentoring junior staff and cultivating positive relationships with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in commercial or institutional sectors.
Proven track record of successfully managing multi-million-dollar projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
