Our team supports residential and commercial projects that require strong coordination between operations, field teams, vendors, and customers. Financial accuracy, job level visibility, and disciplined processes are core to how we operate.
We are seeking a detail oriented AP / AR Specialist and Payroll Coordinator to manage day to day transaction activity and support the financial health of the business.

Job Details
Job Responsibilities -
+ Process high volume vendor invoices and manage weekly payment runs
+ Verify coding, approvals, and job allocations for AP transactions
+ Generate customer invoices including project and progress billing
+ Maintain AR aging and manage structured collections follow up
+ Apply incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts
+ Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees including field labor
+ Validate timekeeping, overtime, and job based pay elements
+ Maintain payroll records, tax withholdings, and benefit deductions
+ Support month end close including accruals and reconciliations
+ Maintain strong documentation and internal control procedures
Qualifications -
+ 3 plus years of AP and AR experience
+ 4 plus years of payroll processing experience
+ Experience in construction, building materials, stone, tile, or related industry preferred
+ Familiarity with project based billing or job costing environments
+ Strong Excel skills and accounting system experience
+ High attention to detail and ability to manage transaction volume
+ Strong communication skills with vendors, customers, and internal teams
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality with payroll and employee data
