We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager for our Design Build team in the Construction industry. If you have a knack for leading and managing complex construction projects, and are passionate about design, planning, and execution, then this role is for you. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion. This includes, but is not limited to, budgeting, construction scheduling, and managing RFI's.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of the design-build project, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
3. Manage and respond to RFI's promptly and accurately, ensuring that all information is effectively communicated to all relevant parties.
4. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to create functional and efficient project designs.
5. Monitor project progress continuously, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
6. Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans to manage them effectively.
7. Foster a collaborative environment within the project team, promoting open communication and constructive feedback.
8. Ensure compliance with all local and national building codes, as well as health and safety regulations.
9. Liaise with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a specific focus on design-build projects.
2. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3. Proven track record of managing design-build projects from inception to completion, on time and within budget.
4. Proficient in construction scheduling and budgeting, with a strong understanding of the RFI process.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
6. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying potential issues and devising effective solutions.
7. In-depth knowledge of local and national building codes, as well as health and safety regulations.
8. Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or Primavera.
9. Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be an added advantage.
