Overview:
We are seeking an experienced associate attorney to join our Trusts & Estates practice group. This is a unique opportunity to work on sophisticated matters in a collaborative midsize firm environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft complex estate planning documents tailored to high-net-worth individuals and families.
Manage estate and trust administration, including probate court filings.
Prepare and/or review federal and state estate and gift tax returns.
Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver high-quality legal solutions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in trusts and estates law.
Strong technical skills in estate planning and administration.
Familiarity with transfer tax issues and fiduciary litigation is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team.
Large firm experience preferred but not required.
