Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling across business units, brands, and product categories.
  • Drive profitability assessments and long-range financial planning to support leadership decisions.
  • Oversee tracking and reconciliation of Amazon pass-throughs, bill backs, and client reimbursements.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align financial plans, pricing, and initiatives with business goals.
  • Build executive dashboards and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights.
  • Continuously improve financial systems, data governance, and analytical efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or CPA a plus).
  • 8+ years in FP&A, financial modeling, or strategic finance within retail, eCommerce, or CPG.
  • Expert Excel/Sheets modeling and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI); ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle).
  • Proven ability to create dynamic models, optimize margins, and influence executive strategy.
