Job Details

Responsibilities:
Lead financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling across business units, brands, and product categories.
Drive profitability assessments and long-range financial planning to support leadership decisions.
Oversee tracking and reconciliation of Amazon pass-throughs, bill backs, and client reimbursements.
Partner with senior leadership to align financial plans, pricing, and initiatives with business goals.
Build executive dashboards and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights.
Continuously improve financial systems, data governance, and analytical efficiency.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or CPA a plus).
8+ years in FP&A, financial modeling, or strategic finance within retail, eCommerce, or CPG.
Expert Excel/Sheets modeling and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI); ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle).
Proven ability to create dynamic models, optimize margins, and influence executive strategy.
