Job Details

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the design, build, and test of space-based electronics for multiple projects.
Use simulation tools, such as Spice, to test and validate designs and make necessary adjustments.
Design and layout PCBs, utilizing your experience with Altium.
Oversee the full product lifecycle, from initial concept and design through to manufacturing and support.
Collaborate with other engineers and departments to ensure the successful integration of the electrical systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the design, development, or testing stages.
Prepare and present reports, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in PCB design, simulation experience with a Spice based tool, circuit design, and experience with Altium.
Some experience with either microcontrollers, FPGAs, or embedded processors.
Full product lifecycle development experience.
Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, methods, and techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Experience with aerospace or space products is a plus.
GaN FET experience a big plus!
Some C programming experience desired.
