Job Details

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted client contact, responding to inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
Manage the full account lifecycle, including onboarding, funding, updates, and trade coordination.
Lead new client onboarding: gather documentation, prepare paperwork, and coordinate systems.
Monitor accounts for actionable items (e.g., RMDs, account updates, restrictions).
Prepare deliverables such as performance reports, presentations, and financial plan materials.
Maintain high data integrity across platforms and systems.
Provide additional administrative support as needed.

Qualifications
Experience & Licenses:
2+ years in client-facing wealth management or financial services.
Familiarity with Fidelity and/or Charles Schwab platforms, and financial planning software like eMoney or Envestnet.
Experience with insurance, annuities, or 529 plans a plus.
Series 65 is a plus but not required.

Skills & Traits:
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical, problem-solving mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable in client-facing and collaborative internal roles.
Self-starter who thrives in a high-expectation, low-ego environment.
