Are you looking for an exciting and challenging opportunity in the engineering industry? Our organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced Traveling Field Technician to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where innovation and customer service are at the forefront. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting water meters and other related equipment. This role requires excellent technical skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
1. Install, maintain, and repair water meter systems and related equipment in accordance with company standards and procedures.
2. Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues promptly.
3. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
4. Prepare accurate and timely reports detailing work activities and equipment conditions.
5. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop, implement, and improve installation and maintenance procedures.
6. Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
8. Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Technician or in a similar role in the engineering industry.
2. Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting water meter systems.
3. Excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
4. Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and address their needs promptly and professionally.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
9. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as required.
10. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
