Job Details

Key Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in estimating commercial or institutional projects.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency with estimating software like Bluebeam or On-Screen Takeoff.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates based on project drawings and specifications.
Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors during bid phases.
Evaluate costs, risks, and opportunities to develop competitive proposals.
