Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and chillers to ensure optimal performance.
2. Conducting regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
3. Troubleshooting complex HVAC system issues, diagnosing problems, and implementing effective solutions.
4. Ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
5. Providing excellent customer service, including responding to emergency calls and resolving issues promptly.
6. Collaborating effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
7. Keeping up-to-date with advancements in HVAC technology and integrating them into operations where necessary.
8. Documenting all service and repair information accurately and submitting it in a timely manner.
9. Training and mentoring junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Tech, with a focus on chillers and HVAC systems.
2. Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex HVAC issues.
3. Strong knowledge of current HVAC technology and industry best practices.
4. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaborative skills.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
7. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
8. Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
9. HVAC certification or equivalent is preferred.
