Job Details

What You’ll Do
Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout.
Partner with owners, architects, and engineers to align goals, schedules, and budgets.
Direct project teams, subcontractors, and field operations to ensure quality, safety, and profitability.
Develop and monitor project schedules, cost reports, and change management processes.
Manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, and client communication with precision and professionalism.
Foster a positive, high-performance jobsite culture built on teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
7+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction, with a proven record managing projects $20M+.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and project management software (Procore, P6, Bluebeam, etc.).
