Top Responsibilities!
- Review tax returns, provide strategic tax planning, and advise clients.
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Train and develop staff and senior associates.
- Maintain required continuing education and help expand the firm’s service offerings.
- Collaborate with leadership to deliver high-quality solutions for complex client needs.
Requirements:
- CPA certification with 5+ years of recent public accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of tax software like CCH Axcess Tax, ProSystem FX Tax, and Engagement.
- Experience with real estate groups and medical practices is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accountancy.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
