Job Details

Top Responsibilities!
Review tax returns, provide strategic tax planning, and advise clients.
Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Train and develop staff and senior associates.
Maintain required continuing education and help expand the firm’s service offerings.
Collaborate with leadership to deliver high-quality solutions for complex client needs.

Requirements:
CPA certification with 5+ years of recent public accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of tax software like CCH Axcess Tax, ProSystem FX Tax, and Engagement.
Experience with real estate groups and medical practices is a plus.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accountancy.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
