Job Details
We're seeking a licensed Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician to join our growing residential service team. This position is ideal for an experienced electrician who enjoys troubleshooting, interacting with homeowners, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical issues.
Perform service calls, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Install and replace electrical panels, breakers, switches, outlets, lighting, and wiring.
Complete panel upgrades, service changes, remodel wiring, and code corrections.
Install EV chargers, standby generators, surge protection, ceiling fans, and other residential electrical systems.
Ensure all work complies with NEC and local electrical codes.
Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain recommended solutions.
Maintain accurate job documentation and keep a clean, organized service vehicle.
Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Active Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License required.
2+ years of residential electrical experience preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
Experience with service work, remodels, panel upgrades, and residential wiring.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work independently while representing the company in customers' homes.
Professional attitude with a commitment to quality craftsmanship and safety.
