We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Administrator to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to contribute to a growing company, by leveraging their expertise in lead generation, office space planning, workplace solutions, interior solutions, furniture, fixtures & equipment, and office systems. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing sales strategies, coordinating sales activities, and providing administrative support for projects. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, the Sales Administrator will be a key player in driving our business growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and coordinate all sales activities, ensuring smooth operations and maximum productivity.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Utilize your expertise in lead generation to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for sales projects, ensuring all activities are effectively coordinated and completed on time.
  • Leverage your knowledge of office space planning, workplace solutions, and interior solutions to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Manage and maintain office systems, furniture, fixtures, and equipment to ensure an optimal working environment.
  • Collaborate closely with various internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and projects.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, providing valuable insights into sales performance and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Sales Assistant, or similar role within the Manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales strategy development, and project administration.
  • Strong knowledge of office space planning, workplace solutions, interior solutions, furniture, fixtures & equipment, and office systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple sales activities and projects effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
