DESCRIPTION:
As the Regional Sales Manager you are the first contact and collaborator to agents succeed in their real estate business. Your job entails relationship building and support within the transaction, as well as prospecting new business with your agents to grow market share for your region. You must be comfortable with recruiting and hold a valid real estate license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Previous experience in real estate is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruit sales agents (experience and new) to the company
- Master company technology and educate your agents on
- Assist with onboarding your newly hired agents to get them up and running and producing within 30 days
- Conduct weekly Sales Meeting offering pertinent and valuable information along with tools and technology training to your agents
- Understand and assist with SOI and Agent Marketing
- Become a community presence representing our client’s brand
- Work within the Leadership Team to identify agent needs and develop solutions
- Understand, monitor, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly office goals
- Offer the best value and support for your agents and office
COMPENSATION:
This is a base + commission position with high income potential.
