Position Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery, invoicing, and inventory management of Point of Sale (POS) materials, ensuring accuracy and supporting the Market Unit Sales & Merchandising teams as needed
Coordinate placement of POS or racks on outgoing trucks to minimize freight costs and enclose ‘packing slip’ alerting them to impending delivery
Receive and process manual invoices and follow up with vendors on discrepancies and outstanding invoices
Monitor on-hand inventory levels and ensure minimum levels of generic POS are maintained while producing a weekly inventory report
Maintain POS workstation
Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience
