Job Description

The Value Realization Office (VRO) Senior Manager reports to the VP, Value Realization Office and is responsible for establishing and maintaining hands-on financial control for the Transformation Office and Transformation Layer. This role ensures accurate month-to-month budget management, formalized financial governance, and clear cost flow-through across the Transformation Program. The Senior Manager serves as the single financial interface to Corporate FP&A, enabling integrated forecasting, reporting, and consistency with enterprise financial processes.

In this role, the VRO Senior Manager enables transparency and accountability for transformation investments by producing standardized cost, benefit, and progress reporting and supporting disciplined business case governance. The position plays a critical role in value realization, partners with Functional and Transformation Tower Leads to deliver and capture margin improvement commitments.

Key Responsibilities

•Own hands-on financial management for the Transformation Office, including monthly forecasting, budget tracking, reconciliations, and coordination of month-end close activities.

•Ensure Transformation Office actuals are accurate, explainable, and aligned with financial governance standards.

•Serve as the single point of contact with Corporate FP&A for all Transformation forecasting, reporting, and integration activities.

•Document, maintain, and enforce Transformation Layer financial rules, including cost tagging, allocation, and results attribution.

•Support business case governance for transformation investments by coordinating inputs, validating assumptions, and ensuring alignment to standardized reporting requirements.

•Oversee the migration and ongoing tracking of transformation initiatives within our Value Capture platform.

•Produce recurring, standardized reporting packages covering costs, benefits, progress, and risks for the Transformation Program, supporting C-suite and executive-level decision making.

•Enable transparent issue identification and escalation related to financial performance and value delivery.

•Own the end-to-end value realization discipline across Global Functions.

•Partner with Transformation Tower Leads to design, validate, and track savings to ensure committed benefits are delivered and captured.

Preferred Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

•8-12+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, value realization, transformation finance, or related roles.

•Demonstrated experience managing complex budgets, forecasting, and month-end close processes in a transformation or programmatic environment.

•Strong understanding of financial governance, cost allocation, and benefit realization methodologies.

•Proven ability to act as a single point of coordination between corporate FP&A and cross-functional stakeholders.

•Experience developing and governing business cases for large-scale initiatives or transformation programs.

•Proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools; experience with our Value Capture platform or similar transformation tracking platforms strongly preferred.

•Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain financial results, risks, and tradeoffs.

•Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing leaders across HR, IT, Finance, and other global functions.
